Animec Oral Solution – Broad‑Spectrum Ivermectin Drench for Sheep
Animec delivers precise dosing at 0.8 mg/ml ivermectin via oral drench. It treats and prevents major sheep parasites including gastrointestinal roundworms, Dictyocaulus lungworm, nasal bot fly larvae (Oestrus ovis), and arthropods.

Dosage & Administration
Administer orally at 2.5 ml per 10 kg bodyweight. For sheep weighing over 60 kg, continue with the same dosage ratio. Weigh animals accurately, group them, and use a calibrated drench gun to prevent under or overdosing.
Withdrawal Periods

Meat & Offal: 10 days post-treatment.

Milk: Do not use in lactating sheep; sheep must not be treated within 60 days before lactation begins.
Warnings & Precautions

Contraindicated in animals sensitive to ivermectin or excipients.

May provoke a transient cough immediately post-drench.

Avoid use in dogs, turtles, or non-target species due to serious toxicity risk.

Use as part of a vet-guided worm control strategy to avoid resistance
Storage & Handling
Store below 30 °C. Once opened, use within 18 months. Avoid contamination and always wear gloves when dosing
