Bovalto Respi 2

Product Description

Bovalto Respi 2 Intranasal – rapid, single‑dose defence against RSV & PI3 from just 10 days old

Bovalto Respi 2 is a live intranasal vaccine that delivers frontline immunity where BRD viruses first strike – the upper airway. A single 2 ml dose (1 ml per nostril) in calves as young as 10 days reduces viral shedding of Bovine Respiratory Syncytial Virus (BRSV) and Bovine Parainfluenza 3 Virus (PI3), two of the most damaging agents in bovine respiratory disease (BRD).

Why choose Bovalto Respi 2?

  • Fast onset – protective immunity develops in 10 days

  • 12‑week cover – protection extends through the highest‑risk period for pneumonia in youngstock

  • Unaffected by maternal antibodies – field studies show colostrum‑derived antibodies do not dampen response, making it ideal for very young calves.

  • Needle‑free application – intranasal spray minimises stress, improves compliance and eliminates injection‑site lesions

  • Zero withdrawal – safe for meat and milk with 0‑day withdrawal period.

Bovalto Respi 2 Indications

Active immunisation of calves (≥ 10 days) against BRSV & PI3 to reduce the quantity and duration of nasal excretion of both viruses.
