What they are
KRUUSE 16 gauge standard disposable needles designed for dependable penetration and higher flow rates when viscosity or volume demands a wider bore. The polished tri-bevel grind and silicone-coated 304 stainless-steel cannula give smooth entry with minimal drag.

Wider-bore 16G lumen for faster delivery of viscous/oil-based injectables and rapid vial draw-up.
Precision tri-bevel, silicone-coated tip reduces penetration and gliding force while keeping insertion predictable.
Universal Luer hub compatible with Luer slip and Luer lock syringes.
ISO colour code: grey for instant gauge recognition on mixed trays.
Individually sterile peel-packs (EO-sterilised); single-use for best injection hygiene.
Available lengths (choose by route and site)
1″ (25 mm) – versatile IM/SC length for many equine and farm injection sites.
1.5″ (38 mm) – extra reach for deeper IM placements in adult cattle and horses where anatomy and label require it.
Selection guidance: Match gauge to product viscosity and patient size; match length to route and target depth. Always follow the medicine SPC/label for needle size and technique.
Handling & good practice
Use a new sterile needle per animal and for each entry into multi-dose vials.
Keep caps on until use; avoid touching the cannula or Luer face.
After use, do not recap—place straight into an approved sharps container.
Store clean and dry; keep cartons closed to protect wrapper integrity.
Typical veterinary uses
Oil-based vaccines, long-acting antibiotics, sedatives and other medications where 16G maintains flow and reduces plunger force; rapid vial draw-up prior to switching to an administration needle of the gauge/length specified for the patient and route.
