What they are
KRUUSE 18 gauge standard disposable needles built for dependable penetration and higher flow rates when product viscosity or volume demands a wider bore. The polished tri-bevel grind and silicone-coated 304 stainless-steel cannula provide smooth entry with minimal drag.

Wider-bore 18G lumen for faster delivery of viscous or oil-based injectables and for rapid draw-up from multi-dose vials
Precision tri-bevel, silicone-coated tip to reduce penetration and glide force while keeping insertion predictable
Universal Luer hub compatible with Luer slip and Luer lock syringes for secure connection in field and theatre settings
ISO colour code: pink for instant gauge recognition among mixed needle trays
Individually sterile peel-packs (EO-sterilised), single-use to support best injection hygiene

1″ (25 mm) – versatile IM/SC length for many equine and farm injection sites
1.5″ (38 mm) – extra reach for deeper IM placements in adult cattle and horses when label and anatomy require it

Handling & good practice
Use a new sterile needle per animal and for every multi-dose vial entry to reduce contamination risk
Keep the protective cap on until use; avoid touching the cannula or Luer face
After use, do not recap—deposit directly into an approved sharps container
Store clean and dry with cartons closed to protect wrapper integrity

Oil-based vaccines, LA antibiotics, sedatives and other medications where 18G helps maintain flow and reduces plunger force
